Porter Porter - Jan / Feb
This is an Imperial Porter or Double Porter. It is made with 9 different malted barleys and ranges in the 8-9% ABV. Twice the love of our Puget Sound Porter. More chocolate and coffee aromas and flavors.

Black IPA - January / March
The Black Tartan IPA is brewed with with 5 different malted barleys, including a
debittered black and black wheat barley. It's black like a stout, with aromas and hoppiness like an IPA. 6.8% ABV with 80 IBU's.

Rajah's Royal IPA - April / June
An imperial IPA, brewed with four different malted barleys and ranges in the 7.5-8.5% ABV with 100 IBU's. This beer is amber in color with a big hop aroma with a major malt backbone.

One Hop Wonder - July / September
It's a bird. It's a plane. Call it what you want, it will blow you away. A Northwest style IPA, hopped and bittered by a single hop variety, the One Hop Wonder always comes to the rescue!

Imperial Red Ale - July / September
A well balanced red ale with a healthy dose of carmel malts - this brew leaves an empire of flavor in your mouth! 7-8% ABV. 85 IBU’s.
