  • MT. TAKHOMA BLONDE

    The Mt. Takhoma Blonde is a light bodied, crisp and refreshing brew. German Pilsner Malt and a touch of white wheat are used to produce this ale. Liberty hops provide the balance. This beer finishes crisp and dry. Try it with a slice of orange.

  • PINNACLE PEAK PALE ALE

    The Pinnacle Peak Pale Ale is a light bodied, mildly hoppy ale brewed with a 2-row malted barley and a special German malted barley. Palisade and Cascade hops are used to provide the balanced palate. A great “session” beer.
    4.4% ABV – 20 IBU

  • PUGET SOUND PORTER

    Our brown porter is brewed with eight different malts to produce a smooth, well balanced, dark beer. A specially roasted barley provides a hint of chocolate.

  • POINT DEFIANCE IPA

    The Point Defiance IPA uses Columbus and Centennial hops for bitterness and flavor, plus ten pounds of Amarillo hops to dry hop. Four types of malted barleys make up the grain bill.
    6.1% ABV – 70 IBU

  • EXPEDITION AMBER

    Our Northwest Style Amber ale is brewed with 7 different malted barleys, producing a rich, amber color. Hopped with 3 different hop varieties, the result is a bold and smooth finish.

// Brewers' Biographies

JEFF CARLSON - HEAD BREWER
Jeff has lived in Pierce County his entire life and enjoyed the many opportunities that it offers, and started with Harmon in 2008. When he is not talking, brewing or thinking about beer, you will typically find him on one of his many motorcycles or scooters. From brewers' dinners to beer festivals, he loves everything that our local beer scene has to offer and is extremely proud to be a part of it.

BILL LUNDEEN - PRODUCTION MANAGER
Bill started brewing at Bridgeport Brewing Co. in Portland Oregon in 1987. He started out washing kegs and moved up to cellaring and brewing a short time later. He took over the head brewing position in 1991and remained with the company until 1996. During his time there he expanded the brewery from a 10BBL system to an 80BBL system. After his time at Bridgeport he accepted a position at Blitz-Weinhard Brewing Co. until its closing. From there he went on to work as a consultant and was instrumental in the design and construction of several breweries and brewpubs in Oregon, Arizona, and Philadelphia. He eventually moved to Western Washington and began work at the Harmon Brewing Co., where he works as our Production Manager.

ALEX MCKAY- ASSISTANT BREWER
Originally from Southern California, Alex moved to Northern California to study Environmental Resources Engineering. It was there while studying Water Quality, he developed a passion for home brewing. He was brought to Tacoma by an Electrical Engineering job, and that’s where he discovered Harmon beer, and after persistent pestering, he was hired as an Assistant Brewer. Alex is continually exploring all the great craft beer opportunities the Pacific Northwest has to offer!
